Our resident economist, Mark Thirlwell, gave the Lowy Institute lunch address yesterday, on a subject that Interpreter readers are already very familiar with. In fact, when Mark introduced the topic of 'geo-economics' in May, it touched off the longest and I think most fascinating debate ever hosted on The Interpreter, on the links between war and globalisation.
