  • Japundit comments on a story about two Japanese sisters found hiding the equivalent of US$57,000 in their house. Cash hoarding is apparently quite common in Japan, and people get their wages in cash. I've never been, but I understand its also very hard to find an ATM in Japan. Why is this?
