The clickable Gulf

Aah, this is more like what I was looking for — some Gulf-specific online sources. Charles Burnard from the Royal United Services Institute writes:

I’ve just noticed your call for good sources of Gulf Analysis. One that springs to mind, if you haven’t listed it already, is David Roberts’ Gulf Blog.

For some great Yemen-specific analysis you can’t go past Waq al-Waq. Armies of Liberation is worthwhile, too.

Finally, I don’t think I’d be doing my job properly if I didn’t push for my own organisation’s Gulf page. We offer regular analysis on all things Middle East, with a specific focus on the Gulf region. Incidentally, we’ve just started publishing a weekly newsletter which deals with the best pieces of analysis and commentary on Gulf security each week. It’s free and people are able to sign up on the website.

Thanks Charles. I'll be adding these to my bookmarks, and Gulf Blog looks like it has a long blogroll to explore too.
