Australia out of the EBRD

It was only a little news item with an obscure acronym, but Australia has decided to withdraw from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The hope is that it signals greater focus of our overseas assistance on countries a bit closer to home. Then again, it might just be random.
