There's been so much happening in the world of overseas aid in recent years — Millenium Development Goals; the rise of huge private donors; aid recipients becoming donors — that Sydney University public health lecturer Joel Negin decided to come to the Lowy Institute to give Wednesday Lowy Lunch subscribers an eagle-eye view of contemporary controversies and debates.
