Ediplomacy is getting serious. At ediplomacy central – the US Department of State – ediplomacy has spread rapidly. From humble beginnings 10 years ago, there are now 25 different ediplomacy nodes employing hundreds of staff at headquarters and abroad.

This prezi showcases research conducted by the Lowy Institute’s Fergus Hanson. His report, ‘Revolution @State: The Spread of EDiplomacy’, launched on 27th March 2012, is the first time the vast ediplomacy effort at the State Department has been mapped and provides the most comprehensive overview of its ediplomacy work to date.
