In an interview with Zurich's International Relations and Security Network (http://www.isn.ethz.ch/), the Lowy Institute's Executive Director, Michael Wesley spoke about how the global power shift toward Asia presents Australia with economic opportunities, but also raises the specter of increased geo-strategic competition.  He also talked about his ideason the emergence of a new kind of bipolarity in world politics – between the 'Atlantic' and 'Asian' communities.
